Navi Radjou: Creative problem-solving in the face of extreme limits

Loved this talk by Navi Radjou: Creative problem-solving in the face of extreme limits #TED : http://on.ted.com/j0mwG

A great talk on frugal innovation with amazing examples of how creative people many from informal training or some with very little training are improving peoples lives with smart creative disrupting innovations. A great talk if you already know about frugal innovation. Awesome if you are just hearing about it. Great ideas on how to structure your business for maximum market penitration in developing countries.

Id love nothing more than to see amazing long lasting life enhancing designs arising out of the skeletons of current expensive, fast burning technology.

Algaetecture The future of CCS?

Algaetecture The future of CCS?

Awesome proof of concept! I really hope to see this kind of thing adapted and retrofitted to all buildings! There is so much opportunity┬áin the urban environment to provide remediation for it’s impacts if this technology is made more efficient and more refined. I can see this providing shade in the increasing warmth and removing transport exhaust emissions and if engineered to run on AMD we can treat that too or at least find a use for that water in massive oxygen farms!
